Spring Issue 2021
The purpose of the Wellness and Social Committee at CP is to ensure the church building is equipped with materials such as wheelchairs, first aid kids and defibrillators in the event of a medical emergency while members and visitors are in the building. The Committee has recently expanded its purpose to include physical and mental health education, social events, and activities.

Join Us for a Sunday Stroll
Join Us for a Sunday Stroll Sunday Afternoons at 1:00 PM
Walks are generally 3 miles, each week is a new location to encourage walkers to get out and explore Greensboro’s many greenways and landmarks. Participants do wear masks and practice social distancing while walking. All paces are welcome, no one is left behind. No need to reserve a spot, show up and join the fitness and conversation. Khali will share her professional expertise on total wellness for individuals seeking to improve their health in a group format. Sessions will be held Friday evenings in May.
