Youth Activities – Sundays 5:00 – 7:45 pm
Sunday Nights: Youth: Grades 6-12 College Park Youth Group, also know as Holy Chaos, is for youth grades 6-12 and is an open, safe place where youth can explore together the difficult questions of life, faith and God. Tai Chi – Tuesday Nights 7 pm beginning September 10.
Learn Tai Chi Chuan, the gentle exercise, method of moving meditation, martial art and means of cultivating a sense of well-being. Tai Chi can be done by almost anyone. If you can walk, you can do Tai Chi. A certified instructor, Mark Fleming will conduct a free class in the Chapel, Tuesdays, 7-8 pm beginning September 10. Wear comfortable clothing.

Qigong with Master Zhou
Qigong with Master Zhou will meet at CP on Saturday’s from 9:30-11:30 am (except the last Sat. of the month). Qigong is an exercise system from the Chinese Culture that incorporates movement (some very gentle and some a little taxing), breathing techniques and the use of intention/meditation. This class will focus on the health, healing and the meditation aspects. The primary teacher is Master Zhou. He is a 90 year old “master” of qigong who has been in NC since 1995 and doing Qigong since he was 12 years old. Cost: $15/ 2 hour class. Casserole Committee
College Park Casserole Committee needs new team members! We deliver food (homemade or picked up at a favorite place) to folks in need—with a new baby at home, or after surgery, or for any reason that makes nourishment hard to accomplish alone. Ultimate Frisbee – 6 pm Monday Nights
Ready to get out and run? Join us for Ultimate Frisbee Monday nights, 6:00 pm, at Lake Daniel Park (corner of Radiance and Mimosa). No experience is necessary. Bring a red shirt, a white shirt, and some water and you are good to go! You will learn as you play! Or just bring a chair and relax and chat with your friends and watch the game. Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact sport (most of the time) played on a field with two end zones. If you have the Frisbee, you cannot run, but must pass it to another team mate. Points are scored by catching the Frisbee in the end zone.…

Pink Pad Project
College Park is collecting items from 3/1-31 for the Pink Pad Project. This is a community-based initiative that provides feminine hygiene products to homeless women. Needed products: tampons, pads, panty liners, flushable wipes & vaginal wash. Please help us meet the goal of 365 items. A pink collection box will be located in the parking lot foyer.
